Montenidoli Il Canaiuolo Rosato is the perfect spring rose from Tuscany, crafted with integrity by the historic Montenidoli estate, perched above San Gimignano. Made exclusively from the Canaiolo grape—an indigenous varietal traditionally used in Chianti blends—this rosato stands out as a rare expression of the grape’s potential when vinified on its own. The vineyards, organically farmed and rooted in mineral rich ancient marine soils, lie at an elevation of around 800 feet, contributing freshness and depth to the wine. Pale pink in color, Il Canaiuolo opens with vivid aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, violets, and orange blossoms, layered with hints of citrus zest and wet stone.
