Blue Quail Old Vine Zinfandel, Potter Valley, Mendocino Co, CA 2022

Old Vine Zinfandel is beautifully proportioned, but purposefully restrained. It shows dark cherry and black pepper with a bright sweet tart fruit finish. Not the traditional big jammy Zin, ours pairs well with just about every food.
